PRECISION TURNING
We offer numerous CNC Lathes with thru diameters of ¼”-2” bar feeding capacity as well as chucking for jobs up to 10”
PRECISION MILLING
We offer three sizes of Vertical CNC Mills to handle jobs up to 12” x 32”
MILL TURN W/ LIVE TOOLING & SUB SPINDLE
Our Okuma Genos LB3000-MYW can produce completed milled and turned parts with one set up maintaining tolerances of +or- .0005”
WELDING & FABRICATION
Our shop is capable of handling high quality mig and tig welding of various alloys including but not limited to: stainless steel, aluminum and cold rolled steel. We can manufacture our own fixtures when needed.

We arrange and handle all outside processing that is needed Including heat treating, powder coating, electro polish, and zinc & chrome plating.

Our Story
We were founded in 1969 by Bob and Al Lawson. They built and maintained a superior reputation as a full service machine shop that produced high quality production and on time service. In 1991 Al’s son, Ed Lawson and his business partner Ian Ramage took over Midwest Machine. After retirement in 2019, Ryan Lawson has since became the 3rd generation in the family to Own and Operate Midwest Machine.
High quality and on time service is our main priority. When running larger quantities, we can provide volume discounts as well as specific schedules from blanket purchase orders.
